Our Wood Carving Booth travelled western Canada for many years… we could be found at big events such as the Vancouver Pacific National Exhibition, the Calgary Stampede, & Edmonton K-Days. We also visited many smaller Prairie and BC venues… A grand tradition of 33yrs at the Calgary Stampede, 17yrs at Edmonton Klondike days, and 28yrs at Vancouver’s Pacific National Exhibition!
Today our wood shop is settled amid the beauty of the West Coast Gulf Islands.

Made from the Finest Cedar Wood
We use top quality Western Red Cedar. There are many
variations in color, tightness of grain, etc. with this wood, so
no 2 signs will look alike. We can offer a choice of “lighter”
or “darker” hue, but cannot guarantee a specific shade.
An option for color might be for the customer to stain the
finished sign (after market) if it is to match something else.
We recommend the customer do some “after-care” for the
sign… adding additional sealer urethane coats on an annual
basis, e.g. We include a “Care & Feeding” guide with each
sign.
